Scrolling Spotify track module

Hi guys, here's my first custom module for waybar. It's a module that displays the current song and artist playing in Spotify.

It only needs zscroll and playerctl. Setup instructions are in the README: waybar-spotify.

Any feedback or suggestions are very welcome, and feel free to open an issue on GitHub if something doesn’t work for you!
