Looking over our code and at https://tskit.dev/tskit/docs/stable/c-api.html I see we don't have: - [x] `tsk_population_table_add_row` https://tskit.dev/tskit/docs/stable/c-api.html#c.tsk_population_table_add_row - [ ] `tsk_migration_table_add_row` https://tskit.dev/tskit/docs/stable/c-api.html#c.tsk_migration_table_add_row (I think this is not really used anymore, but not sure so I asked at https://tskit-dev.slack.com/archives/CVD28GG5T/p1776183185565939) - [x] `rtsk_provenance_table_add_row` https://tskit.dev/tskit/docs/stable/c-api.html#c.tsk_provenance_table_add_row It should be easy to add these now that we have other methods in and could be used as a template. @LynxJinyangii can you make a stab at this?
