MCU will not flash

I could use some help here. I am stuck with the MCU firmware on 047b8fe-dirty-20230703_160308-mkspi on my Neptune 4 Pro.

I have replaced the main board, tried multiple microSD cards. I'm not sure what else to try but this is not working.

My first post is here: #446 The replies basically just point me to the guide that I was alredy following.
Since then I've tried a lot of different combinations. Most recently with the new board and got the same result as the first time.

How can I get some advice from an expert?

Update: Solved! The issue was the microSD cards. None of the various sizes I had worked with the board. I got new 4GB cards from Amazon and they worked out of the box, no formatting required. The firmware was written to the MCU on the first attempt.
