PackingProof 品牌使用政策

本政策用于区分 PackingProof 官方版本与第三方修改版本，不改变源代码在 GNU AGPL-3.0 下授予的使用、研究、修改和分发权利。

官方品牌

下列内容属于 PackingProof 官方品牌标识：

  • PackingProof 产品名称
  • src/ExpressPackingMonitoring/app.ico 中的官方应用图标
  • src/ExpressPackingMonitoring/GenAdvancedIcon.ps1 按默认参数生成的官方图标视觉
  • 官方仓库、发布页面和宣传材料中明确作为 PackingProof Logo 使用的相同或近似视觉

上述品牌资产不因源代码采用 AGPL-3.0 而获得用于第三方修改版产品标识、宣传或背书的许可。GenAdvancedIcon.ps1 的脚本代码本身仍按 AGPL-3.0 提供；第三方可以修改脚本并生成具有明显区别的自有图标。

允许的使用

以下使用无需另行取得许可：

  • 原样转载或镜像未经修改的官方版本，并如实说明官方来源
  • 在文章、评测、截图、兼容性说明或历史记录中如实提及 PackingProof
  • 使用“基于 PackingProof 开发”“PackingProof 的非官方修改版”等文字说明代码来源
  • 为向官方仓库贡献代码而进行开发、测试和构建
  • 私下修改且不向他人分发或提供服务

上述使用不得暗示第三方获得官方认证、授权、维护或支持。

公开分发修改版

向他人分发修改版，或使用修改版向他人提供服务时，应当：

  • 使用与 PackingProof 有明显区别的产品主名称
  • 更换官方应用图标和 Logo；可以修改图标生成脚本制作自己的视觉
  • 在下载页、项目说明和应用内易于查看的位置标注“非官方修改版”
  • 保留 AGPL-3.0 要求的许可证、版权、源码获取方式及其他法律声明
  • 如需说明来源，可以使用“基于 PackingProof 开发”，并链接到官方仓库

不得：

  • 将修改版描述为 PackingProof 官方版、认证版、合作版或官方维护版本
  • 以官方图标或近似图标作为修改版的主图标、Logo 或账号头像
  • 将 PackingProof 用作修改版的产品主名称、组织名称、域名、社交账号或下载页面名称，从而造成官方关联的混淆
  • 使用官方截图或发布材料，让用户误以为第三方修改内容来自官方版本

GitHub、Gitee 等平台自动形成的 fork 路径可以保留原仓库名称，但修改版的发布标题、安装包、应用界面和对外宣传仍应遵守上述区分要求。

官方来源

PackingProof 官方版本仅由以下组织维护的仓库和发布页面提供：

其他来源的修改版本不代表 PackingProof 官方立场，其功能、安全性和技术支持由对应发布者负责。

如对品牌使用边界有疑问，或者希望获得例外授权，请通过官方仓库联系维护者。

PackingProof Brand Policy

This policy distinguishes official PackingProof releases from third-party modifications. It does not change the rights to use, study, modify, and distribute the source code under GNU AGPL-3.0.

The PackingProof product name, the official icon in src/ExpressPackingMonitoring/app.ico, the default icon visual produced by src/ExpressPackingMonitoring/GenAdvancedIcon.ps1, and substantially similar official logo visuals are PackingProof brand assets. Their inclusion alongside AGPL-3.0 source code does not grant permission to use them as the product identity, promotion, or endorsement of a modified distribution.

The icon generator script itself remains available under AGPL-3.0. Third parties may modify it to produce a clearly distinct icon of their own.

Unmodified official releases may be mirrored with accurate attribution. Factual references, reviews, screenshots, compatibility statements, upstream contributions, and descriptions such as “based on PackingProof” or “an unofficial modification of PackingProof” are allowed, provided they do not imply official endorsement.

Publicly distributed or hosted modified versions should:

  • use a clearly distinct primary product name and icon
  • prominently identify themselves as an unofficial modification in the application, project description, and download page
  • retain all license, copyright, source-availability, and legal notices required by AGPL-3.0
  • use “based on PackingProof” with a link to the official repository when describing their origin

Modified versions must not present themselves as official, certified, partnered, or officially maintained; use the official or confusingly similar logo as their primary identity; or use PackingProof as their primary product, organization, domain, account, or download-page name in a manner likely to cause confusion.

Automatically assigned fork paths on source-hosting platforms may retain the upstream repository name, but releases, installers, application interfaces, and public promotion of modified versions should remain clearly distinguishable.

Other modified distributions do not represent the PackingProof project. Their publishers are responsible for their functionality, security, and support.
