목적/기한

2027-02-18 이전에 deprecated project.license table 과 license classifier 를 SPDX expression / license-files 로 전환하고 최소 setuptools 버전을 맞춘다.

작업

• pyproject.toml 의 project.license table 제거 → SPDX 라이선스 표현식 사용.
• license classifier 를 license-files 로 전환.
• 요구 setuptools 최소 버전 확인/갱신.
