How to apply the MoveSelectorConfig object to solverConfig?

Hi all.
I created the solver object with API.
A MoveSelectorConfig object was created and set the SelectionFilter class through the withFilterClass method, but how to apply the MoveSelectorConfig to the SolverConfig? I mean which API can I use to apply the MoveSelectorConfig?
