Is it possible to send and receive message without going through http?

I am new to aioquic. So my question may be naive. In the example like http3_client and http3_server, it will setup http request and perform post/ get operations. I am wondering is it possible to just send and receive message without going through http?

My case is I want to communicate between several nodes by sending message e.g. dataclass to each other, so I do not need http. Is it doable? If so, is https://aioquic.readthedocs.io/en/latest/quic.html and doq_client/ doq_server the right place get started? Thanks.

Yes, those are good places to start if you are using asyncio.
