Subject: [PATCH] build(config): update tsdown configuration for build
 optimization

- Disable dts generation to improve build performance
- Set unbundle option to false for bundle optimization
- Enable minification for production builds
- Configure dependencies to include all in bundle
- Disable code splitting in output options
- Maintain clean build directory setting
