This is a skill-only Agent Plugin with no bundled MCP server, hooks, or background processes. The portable plugin manifest is at the repository root and the single canonical skill source is at skills/yandex-tracker/SKILL.md. The same repository also contains the Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and Codex manifests. It requires Python 3, the yandex_tracker_client package, and user-provided Yandex Tracker credentials stored in the runtime secret or environment mechanism. The skill requires explicit authorization for mutations, previews broad bulk operations, and never persists or prints credentials.
