How can I get the Settings Windows?

I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11, reinstalled Rainmeter, and added Sonder Skin.
However, on my new machine, I have been unable to load the Sonder Windows Settings, which allows me to configure it without using INI files.
How can I load those Windows settings?

Finally I found that It´s a Kins and I need to load it.
