HugeMCE has been renamed to HugeRTE

Following my doubts and this comment, I've decided to rename HugeMCE to HugeRTE. https://hugemce.org redirects to https://hugerte.org, the repos have been moved to the new organization and the description for this organization has been updated to inform about the change.
This discussion repo will still be there, but please don't create new discussions here. Create them at the HugeRTE repo.
