Rain Cleaner 2.10.0 adds a PC health score to the dashboard (release notes · download).
It is one number from 0 to 100, built only from what was measured on your PC: system drive, files to clean, driver updates, devices without a driver, startup programs and ransomware protection. Each thing that lowers it is a link to the fix. Readings that were not taken cost no points, and with fewer than three readings no score is shown.
