Archival of Invocations

There are cretin invocations that I would like to retain for a longer period of time, and I'm wondering how this would be best accomplished?

There does not seem to be a good facility to consume events from Restate. The only thing I can think of is doing an external polling process that queries the introspection data I want, but I'd rather consume a stream of data and pick what I want later on.

Hi, from Restate 1.5 there will be a new feature that persists the invocation progress after the invocation completes, allowing you to inspect the execution.
