Sometimes the error ‘ValueError: Invalid EC key’ is report.How to fixed?

Guys, when I run the program, I sometimes get the following error
pyprovision is not installed, querying http://localhost:6969 for an anisette server 200: 40 reports received. Traceback (most recent call last): File "./request_reports_json.py", line 132, in <module> eph_key = ec.EllipticCurvePublicKey.from_encoded_point(ec.SECP224R1(), data[5:62]) File "/usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages/cryptography/hazmat/primitives/asymmetric/ec.py", line 182, in from_encoded_point return rust_openssl.ec.from_public_bytes(curve, data) **ValueError: Invalid EC key.**
I found out when the error was reported
data = base64.b64decode(report['payload']) in request_reports.py code file
the data length of this data is 89.
But the length is 88 when you get a report that can be decoded properly.
How to deal with this situation?
