Select, multi-select, edit, delete (and merge)

Would like standard OS-level select and delete options - click one dive to select, command/ctrl-click to select multiple, shift click to select all in series from first click to last, and Command/ctrl-A to select all. And multi-edit and delete. Say you want to edit 10 dives to add a buddy or a piece of gear. Or delete a few dupes.

Separate request mostly, but MacDive merge feature is nice. Let's say you surface after a minute to adjust something, then descend for 45 minutes. Computer might track that as two dives. Nice to be able to merge those into one.

I think #150 captures the first request. Not seeing one for merging dives, but agree it'd be nice! I've used that in MacDive quite a bit as well.
