Errors setting up openssh-server

Seen during image build:

Creating config file /etc/ssh/sshd_config with new version
qemu: Unsupported syscall: 382

Later on I see this:

Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/ssh.service -> /lib/systemd/system/ssh.service.
invoke-rc.d: could not determine current runlevel

Non-fatal errors, as the build continues.
