Summary

• freezes the selected issue-183 and unselected issue-192/194 source identities;
• validates retained training checkpoint hashes and 20 private prediction files before aggregation;
• assembles fixed epoch 1, fixed epoch 2, and dev-selected policies without inference or reselection;
• prepares one write-once CPU-only Kubernetes Job and corpus-text-free output schema;
• records the terminal issue-194 replacement outcomes and issue-196 authorization boundary.

Safeguards

• no Kubernetes object, PVC read, prediction read, metric, GPU use, model load, inference, training, checkpoint selection/reselection, retry, QALB test, diagnostics, prompt/parser change, or XG occurred;
• private predictions, record IDs, corpus text, responses, adapters, logs, and development values remain private;
• execution requires a fresh issue-196 GO naming the exact merged commit.
