Port the IGNORE_HOMEBREWED_DEPS option block from OpenImageIO's CMakeLists.txt, including the AcademySoftwareFoundation/OpenEXR#5361 addition. When turned on (default OFF), the Homebrew prefixes are removed from the cmake search paths and added to CMAKE_IGNORE_PATH and CMAKE_IGNORE_PREFIX_PATH. dependency_utils passes the latter on to dependency child builds, so they can't quietly pick up a Homebrew package that we are ignoring.
