The existing MCP server could expose runtime statistics but had no narrow authenticated path for identity, heartbeat, project discovery or A4 deployment. Add five operations using its existing HTTP transport; no new credential reader, registration or generic HTTP proxy.
Heartbeat is connectivity-only with capacity zero and empty completion/acknowledgement fields. Responses project selected identity/status fields and counts, excluding private messages and owner/account data. Project listing reports authentication and creator-filter scope, never general deployment permission. Deployment submission preserves the caller's UUID idempotency key and immutable commit, sends once, and reports uncertain outcomes without automatic retries. Redirects are not followed.
Validation: full SDK suite 620 passed before the review naming correction; final affected MCP suite 155 passed, including empty authenticated/public catalogs. Quality gate passed with zero violations, 380 production additions and 18 unchanged legacy findings. Offline docs check: nine local links passed, zero errors. Mutating heartbeat capacity or identity privacy projection caused the corresponding regression test to fail; both guards were restored.
SDK installation and server-agent allowlisting remain separate rollout steps. Live authentication, project creation/code publication and a complete useful service deployment are not claimed. No production writes were performed by these tests.
