The goal of CIBERSORT is to run the CIBERSORT flow.

Installation

You can install the released version of CIBERSORT from github with:

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("bmbolstad/preprocessCore")
devtools::install_github("Moonerss/CIBERSORT")
