imu.sh : launch code for the simplified geometry mesh with the defined planes area which represents the IMUs
sofa_launch.sh : launch code for the full kidney mesh, with a dfixed constraint area.
lsm_imu_simulation.py controller code imported by ppl.pyscn, rigidified.pyscn, rigidified_workingNoMapping.pyscn
originalModel.pyscn Model presented at the graduation, it imports the code in which you send directly the orientation to the planes and when it animates it goes into place. The simulation has the usual drawbacks seen until now, it imports the next code originalSim.py
originalSim.py imported by the previous code is the original controller in which is present the connection to the hardware and the calculation of force and normal orientation.
ppl.pyscn had to comment the 2 lines on the mapping bec they are giving error. tried to implement a simple version of the mixed physiscs property in which i created the rigid part as a child of the original one, but the mapping is not created in the right way even if i don't know why. I was taking as reference the SOFA code from sectionBeam i guess
rigidified.pyscn segmentation fault 11, idk why it is crashing, it is not bec of the mesh file.
rigidified_functionAlex.pyscn exactly the same function they gave me on github but the mesh file now is imported under the classe Elasticobject that is implementing properties by default
rigidified_workingNoMapping.pyscn imports lsm_imu_simulation.py same logic of rigidification beam, the mapping here is not working, i was trying to follow the step by step indication they gave me on github
rigidify.py ridification code that Hugo implemented for me, Here the elasticObject element is removed. Interesting need to work on it more bec here seems the behaviour is what i wanted but the faces are not moving, just the rigid frames on it. Tehre are strange errors never seen before. This is why it explodes i guess.
rigidTissue.pyscn same as the previous code. it is using the rigidify class but the bhevaiour demanded by the frames is not mirrored by the faces of the geometry.
rigidTissude_original.pyscn Alex function but with mdoficiation. I inserted my mesh as elastic object and i overwrtote the forcefield, but without removing the previous one. i inserted other elements that anyway are not acting on the model imports simulation.py
simulation.py controller code in which i read data from the rigidify class codes.
