ViceSkies is bringing back sky effects that were cut from the game:

• low clouds;
• fluffy clouds;
• moon;
• stars;
• rainbow!

Do you think that's all? No! It also improves them A LOT! This mod is using a part of the code from "Vice City Extended" by Cowboy69
