[Localization] Which languages should Clips Studio add next? #61

Clips Studio ships in 19 languages. Which should be next, and why?

This is a genuine question rather than a formality. The languages currently
supported were chosen by guesswork, and somebody who actually knows a creator
community is better placed to judge than the maintainer is.

What makes a language worth adding

Not simply speaker count. What matters here:

• A real streaming and clipping community on Twitch, Kick or YouTube
• Whether local AI models handle the language well, since everything runs on
  the user's own machine
• Whether Whisper transcribes it accurately
• Whether anybody is willing to help with the translation and keep it current

That last one decides it more often than the rest. A language nobody maintains
goes stale within two releases.

Volunteering to help is welcome and makes a proposal far more likely to happen.

Currently supported

Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian,
Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, Urdu,
Vietnamese.

Nine of those are only half translated and have their own issues, so if your
language is on the list it may still need work.

Pull requests are welcome

If you can see what is wrong, you are welcome to fix it rather than only
report it. The translations live in ui/src/renderer/src/locales/ as one flat
JSON file per language — change only your own language's file and open a pull
request mentioning this issue.

It is a good first pull request: one file, no build to set up, no code to
understand, and quick to review. If it is your first contribution to anything,
say so and I will help.

Commenting is still a complete contribution if you would rather not. Both are
genuinely useful.
