docs(console): match the quoted node console output to the restyled screens

Summary

The node console was restyled in CryptOS-PKI/cryptos-node#344. Three pages quote its output and need to match the new screens: the boot stream (the new mark, the CryptOS PKI <version> line, step lines at column 0), the maintenance screen (no gap under the title, a check 1/2 line under the fingerprint) and the awaiting-ceremony screen (a check 2/2 line and a Mgmt cert line).

Acceptance criteria

• try-it-locally/boot-qemu.md shows the new boot output.
• install-deploy/boot-maintenance.md shows the new maintenance screen.
• install-deploy/reboot-ceremony.md shows the new awaiting-ceremony screen and the Mgmt cert line before and after the switch.
• The site builds.

The restyled node console is on main now (CryptOS-PKI/cryptos-node#344). The frames to quote are the goldens in internal/console/testdata/screens/:

• boot-qemu: boot.txt
• boot-maintenance: maintenance.txt
• reboot-ceremony: awaiting-ceremony.txt and serving-root.txt (the Mgmt cert line before and after the switch)

Each .txt is the exact plain-text frame at 80x25; the 38x11 compact versions are the compact-*.txt files.
