Plio dependencies are not pinned therefore it's picking up version 5.29.3 of protobuf. When the _pb2 files were regenerated under this new version, it broke the findFeaturesSegment.py script in ISIS because protobuf cannot update past version 4 due to other restrictive dependencies.
This was not caught because both plio and isis do not pin protobuf therefore we did not see any conflicting versions between plio and isis.
The current solution is to pin plio to version 1.5.3 in isis. Possible solution is to pin protobuf in plio to < 5 and regenerate the _pb2 files. Seems like plio is only used in isis for the findFeaturesSegment.py so may not be crucial to downgrade protobuf for this.
