next 16.3.8, eslint-config-next 16.3.8, sharp 0.35.5, source-map-js 1.2.2, brace-expansion 1.1.21 and 5.0.12, and js-yaml 4.3.2 clear the fixed HIGH/CRITICAL and CVSS>=7 findings. braces has no release after 3.0.3, so the lockfile overrides it with a local depth-capped 3.0.4 tarball for GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm. Adds the repo-hygiene template from DigitalCurrensy/dci-toolkit (templates/repo-hygiene @ 546c96d). Only files that didn't already exist were added; nothing was overwritten.
Skipped (already present): .github/workflows/ci.yml
Before merging: replace the age placeholder in .sops.yaml and adjust CODEOWNERS. The new security.yml may surface existing findings. Draft only, do not merge without founder OK.
