Add Industrial Machinery page + reusable industry template

Description

What this does

• Turns the Automotive industry page into a reusable template, so new industry pages don't need to be built from scratch each time.
• Adds a new Industrial Machinery page using that template.
• Updates the main nav: adds Industrial Machinery, removes Aerospace Components.

• Merge Restore the retired industry pages #5822
• The logos carousel shows the generic eyebrow, let me know if you'd like to add something more specific
• The Compliance & Standards section's copy was marked as pending review in the source doc, worth a final check.
• The images on the Industrial Machinery page are temporary placeholders borrowed from Automotive, I've asked for ideas in the doc
