This PR allows the user to be able to use several type paths for access-control related metadata like in regular haxe.

Example

@:access(funkin.play.PlayState, funkin.FunkinGame)
class TestModule extends Module {}

Same As:

@:access(funkin.play.PlayState)
@:access(funkin.FunkinGame)
class TestModule extends Module {}
