✨ 작업 내용 (Summary)

이번 PR에서 작업한 내용을 간략히 설명해주세요. (이미지 첨부 가능)

팔로우 알림 생성 과정에서 발생하던 두 가지 에러를 수정했습니다.

1. NotificationEvent 생성 후 다시 조회하는 과정에서
   NoSuchElementException이 발생하던 문제를 수정했습니다.

   • 기존에는 생성된 이벤트를 findById(...).orElseThrow()로 재조회해
     delivery에 연결했습니다.
   • 이를 getReferenceById(...)로 변경해 불필요한 재조회를 제거하고,
     delivery 저장에는 JPA reference를 사용하도록 했습니다.

2. 팔로우 알림 생성 중 예외가 발생했을 때 notification_event만 DB에 남고
   notification_delivery가 생성되지 않을 수 있는 문제를 수정했습니다.

   • 기존에는 팔로우 알림의 공유 이벤트 생성 로직이 별도 REQUIRES_NEW 트랜
     잭션으로 실행되었습니다.
   • 이제 event 생성과 delivery 저장이 같은 트랜잭션 안에서 처리되어 함께 성
     공하거나 함께 롤백됩니다.
