Sort the output of SPARQL checks. - #38

Adds a `ORDER BY` to the SPARQL report queries, so that their output is deterministic. This makes it easier to compare reports from different runs of `make all_reports`. (This does _not_ include the `-violation.sparql` queries; this should not be necessary for those queries since they are supposed to return nothing anyway -- if they do return something, then something is wrong.) closes INCATools/ontology-development-kit#1385
