The KGCL ROBOT plugin may now be needed by the standard ODK-generated Makefile (by the new `apply-patches` workflow, see INCATools/odkcore#27), so it needs to be provided in the ODKLite image, not just ODKFull.
Update the following components:
* In ODKLite:
* SSSOM-Java to version 1.13.0
* KGCL-Java to version 0.6.3
* In ODKFull:
* Jena to version 6.2.0
* Scala-CLI to version 1.17.1
* YQ to version 4.53.6

Minor quibble with SSSOM-T changing default behaviour (subject_type/object_type) but its correct so fine by me.

And? (i) That particular function is not used in any standard ODK workflow. (ii) Even if it were, the new behaviour is the correct one. If anyone had a custom workflow that was relying on |
