Adds SSR, streaming and hydration workloads to the Compose HTML EAP benchmark module

JVM benchmarks can measure rendering to String, Writer and callback sinks with JMH. Browser benchmarks measure JS and Wasm hydration of JVM-rendered HTML.

Adds ssrBenchmark and hydrationBenchmark tasks, with selectable SSR rendering modes and optional JVM compiler lowering. SSR uses two JVM forks, each with a 5-second warmup and ten 1-second measurements. Hydration uses two warmups and five samples, excluding HTML parsing and bundle loading.

Involves CMP-10836.

Testing

Run from the html directory with Chrome installed:

./gradlew -Pcompose.html.eap.enabled=true \
  :html-eap-benchmarks:smokeBenchmark \
  :html-eap-benchmarks:hydrationBenchmark

For measurements, run :html-eap-benchmarks:ssrBenchmark. String rendering is the default. Use -PrenderMode=writer, callback or all to choose. Add -Pcompose.html.lowering.enabled=true to enable JVM compiler lowering.
