For Stack Switching we get stricter type checks, resulting in failures for instanceof typechecks for external declarations that are missing in the current environment.

For state machine compilation, we had no such type checks for some reason. ResponsePolyfill in fetch was created as a nameless object

so, the call to blob() succeeded.

For typechecks to succeed in stack switching compilation mode, I'm adding ResponsePolyfill and BlobPolyfill
