Borrowed references and views can outlive their owners without a compiler diagnostic. Add feature-detected lifetimebound annotations, classify thread_view/function_ref as Pointer and thread_affinity as Owner, and mark synchronous thread_view configuration inputs noescape. Unsupported compilers retain empty fallbacks.
Add diagnostic regression tests, a Clang 23 lifetime-analysis workflow using the versioned LLVM package repository, and API documentation. The noescape contract is checked when the compiler supports its validation diagnostic.
Validation: all 62 applicable CI checks pass on 01889b3, including Clang 23/C++17/C++20 lifetime and noescape validation, Linux and Windows compiler matrices, sanitizers, runtime tests, and installed-package integrations. The Doxygen deployment job is intentionally skipped for pull requests. Local GCC/Clang tests, newer-standard and MinGW compilation checks, clang-tidy, formatting, and diff checks also pass.
