Do you talk about the VRAM for rendering the results interactively?
I never took any measurements, but here is what I expect:

• The renderer has a baseline VRAM usage for sorting, textures, etc.. This will remain more or less unaffected by the compression
• The renderer needs to keep the Gaussians and all their parameters in VRAM. Here, I expect a reduction of about 13x, since this is the compression ratio you get without entropy and run-length encoding.
