Integrate SIMKL as an alternative to Trakt.

The recent changes Trakt made makes it hard to support them further.

Thanks for suggesting this, and for flagging the recent Trakt changes. Simkl is on my plan as a full alternative to Trakt, with the goal of letting you connect Trakt, Simkl, both, or neither.
The first Simkl release is planned to cover two-way watched-history and ratings sync.
I don’t have a delivery date yet.
Trakt will remain available while I work through this, and I’ll update the issue when I have progress to share.
