I skimmed through this. Paid closer attention to the parts in the code in which you use the biodesign-ts libray which all made sense to me

Basic integration of the NTI library to capture all operations that modify the sequence.
Library is not published, so you can clone the library and change the directory in the package.json to point to the typescript library folder.
