Corrects the issues found during manual review:

• removes the internal completion plan from the README;
• keeps the manual focused on brand guidance instead of repository/CI implementation details;
• rewrites the governance page as brand-facing guidance;
• renames the licensing/source section to use public-facing language;
• adds visual correct/incorrect-use examples, including the rotated-logo example;
• replaces the incorrect X-box clear-space diagram with the LibreCode-specific D construction:
  • D in CODE is highlighted;
  • the same D is placed on the four sides;
  • top/bottom copies are rotated so the D width remains the X module;
  • the technical diagram is generated deterministically from the canonical SVG;
• adds unit tests for the clear-space generator and runs them in Brand quality.

This uses LibreSign only as an implementation/reference pattern. LibreCode keeps its own D-based rule and geometry.
