Update twig/twig to 3.30.0 from the installed older 3.x version, following the 3rdparty README rebuild workflow. Regenerate PHP-Scoper output and correct Twig 3.30's generated EscaperRuntime class-name references. Composer lock modifies only Twig. Validation: scoped Twig 3.30.0 renders conditional templates and rejects forbidden functions/tests on PHP 8.3; git diff --check passes. PHP 8.2 compatibility and integration with the corresponding LibreSign stable must be confirmed in CI and by a subsequent LibreSign submodule PR. This PR is a dependency upgrade, not a replacement for the private security advisory fix.
