stable35. Points only the LibreSign3rdpartygit submodule to the merged LibreSign/3rdparty#113 commit, upgradingsmalot/pdfparserfrom 2.12.5 to 2.13.1 without changing application source.Related to #7706 and the follow-up parsing error in #3949.
