DateTime format

DateTimes are stored in the LiNK SQLite database in a slightly non-obvious format. Credit to David DeWinter for working it out:

Convert the number to hex and pad left with 0s until it's 14 digits long. First four digits are year, next two are month, then next 2 are day, then hour, minute, second.

For example

2215537589891126 => 07DF050B083036 => (07DF)(05)(0B)(08)(30)(36) => 2015-05-11 08:48:54
