• Initial Prototype

  Demonstrate an initial prototype that shows usage end-to-end for radiosondes and hyperspectral infrared radiances. This means: ingesting observations (can be from BUFR dumps/tanks), storing them as Icechunk on local Lustre storage, and being able to access the data in-memory in a JEDI application.
