In ProcessInstanceMigrator beginning in line 134 the newest deployed version for a process definition key is loaded.
This is to be extracted in an Interface "LoadNewestDeployedVersion" containing a method returning ane Optional
A default Implementation is to be provided (equal to the existing implementation in ProcessInstanceMigrator) und made the default in ProcessInstanceMigratorBuilder.
