Linux has no Homebrew formula (macOS-only). just install puts gaze on PATH.
…inux binaries pkg-config for jpeg-turbo. Document brew install --HEAD gaze. Upload gaze-linux-x86_64 on version tags so the formula can drop --HEAD.

Cuts v0.3.0 so Homebrew can install Linux Gaze from a tag (no
--HEAD).Includes packaging that missed the #5 squash (
just install,brew install gazedocs,release-linux.yml) plus version bumps.After merge: tag
v0.3.0, GitHub release, pointObedience-Corp/tapFormula/gaze.rbat the tarball.
