fix: ignore the Microsoft apt repo in Linux CI - #8

Conversation
…inux CI ubuntu-latest preinstalls packages.microsoft.com. That repo 403s intermittently, and apt-get update then exits 100 before the protocol tests run. Gaze installs nothing from it. The release workflow uses the same update, so a tag push fails the same way.

Summary
The
linuxworkflow onmain(dbb040d, run 37263099985) failed indepsbefore any gaze test ran.sudo apt-get updateexited 100 because the Ubuntu runner image preinstallspackages.microsoft.com, and that repo returned403 Forbidden(noble InReleaseis no longer signed). The same step is inrelease-linux.yml, so the next tag push would fail the same way.Gaze installs
gcc,libjpeg-dev, andjustfrom Ubuntu. Both workflows now removemicrosoft-prod.listandmicrosoft-prod.sourcesbeforeapt-get update. The
protocolworkflow on that commit passed. The samelinuxjob passed on PR #7 about ten minutes earlier, which matches the known intermittent Microsoft apt failure on hosted runners.Test plan
