- ARCHITECTURE.md rewritten to describe the current app: no approval points, correct data folders (TransactionAudit, History, Logs, Settings, Updates), unsigned alpha releases, current source layout and tests.
- Removed docs/GITHUB.md (repo setup checklist), docs/README.md (index of those two files) and research/README.md (the rest of research/ is private and ignored).

ARCHITECTURE.md was still the pre-implementation proposal (approval points, signed distribution, data folders that never existed). GITHUB.md was a repo setup checklist, docs/README.md indexed only those two, and research/README.md was all that remained of a private folder.
