Stop requiring MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE by storing i2pd data under getFilesDir()/i2pd, with one-time migration from legacy /sdcard/i2pd. Launch I2PDActivity directly, point boot/settings at the private conf path, and let service checkboxes open i2pd settings so SAM can be enabled without hunting through nested menus.
