This PR introduces fixes to both backpropagation semantic and graph representations. Including fixes to parallel edge creation (Closes #25), catching of wrong input types to backpropagation (Closes #26), handling gradients with respect to itself by introducing seeds (Closes #20), and handling shared vectors (Closes #19)
