docs(license): limit the commercial exception to this repository - #97

"The Voltius server and related components" could be read as covering the desktop app or code shared with it. The exception now names this repository as its only scope and says the desktop and mobile apps, their installers and plugins stay under their own open-source licenses. Also fixes the AGPLv3 link, which pointed at ./server/LICENSE instead of ./LICENSE.
