chore(deps): bump zod, vitest and undici for security alerts - #721

- zod 4.4.3 -> 4.6.6: memory exhaustion validating oversized constrained collections (alerts #82, #83). - vitest ^4.1.11 -> ^4.1.12, which brings @vitest/mocker 4.1.12: mock registration code injection and Windows redirect traversal (#80, #81). - undici 7.30.0 -> 7.30.1 (lockfile only, via jsdom ^7.25.0): DoS on excessive content-encodings (#86). Lockfile kept minimal: only the vitest family, zod and undici move. Replaces Dependabot #714, which targets main.

Fixes the 5 open Dependabot alerts on the default branch. They close once dev reaches main at the next release.
undici is moved in the lockfile only; jsdom already allows
^7.25.0, so no override is added. The lockfile diff is limited to the vitest family, zod and undici (no second@codemirror/state).Replaces #714 (Dependabot's zod bump, which targets
main).Checked locally:
tscclean;src/plugins+src/mcpsuites (all zod tool schemas) pass, 1421 tests.
